Complete the MLS listing forms for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from ByOwnerOregon.com website. Or, we can email or fax them to you.

Items included in your listing package (i.e. "For Sale" sign) and any other optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 3-7 days.

Your home listing will be entered into the REALTOR® MLS, usually within 24 business hours, where it will be immediately available to all of the real estate agents in your area.

REALTOR.com, the Internet's most visited real estate website, and other leading websites and home search portals will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing. 

Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home.

  • If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the Buyer's Agent commission determined by you (typically 2.5% to 2.7%)
     
  • If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO commission!
