 Steps to Success - Listing Process

Order Online or simply call 503-770-0580 and we can help you place your Flat Fee MLS listing order.

|
Make a secure online payment through our secure server online through (Authorize.net®) to pay by credit card or PayPal. Or, call to pay by credit card over the phone or to mail in a check.

|
|
Complete the MLS listing forms for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from ByOwnerOregon.com website. Or, we can email or fax them to you.

|
|
Items included in your listing package (i.e. "For Sale" sign) and any other optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 3-7 days. |
|
|
Your home listing will be entered into the MLS, usually within 24 to 48 hours, where it will be immediately available to all of the real estate agents in your area.
|
|
|
REALTOR.com, the Internet's most visited real estate website, and other leading websites and home search portals will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing.
|
|
|
Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home.
- If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the Buyer's Agent commission determined by you (typically 2.5% to 2.7%)
- If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO commission!
