How does this plan differ from the MLS plan? 

Our Realtor.com listing is a unique program to allow sellers direct advertising on the #1 real estate website in the world, Realtor.com. To get on Realtor.com a broker must place your property on an MLS, however, with this plan, the broker will place your home on an “out of state” MLS system to accomplish this.

Your local Realtors will not see your listing on their MLS, and because of this, there is no offer of compensation to them. With this program you are targeting direct buyers on a national level through Realtor.com, and not local agents on the MLS, so you’ll save the entire real estate commission when you sell!

What happens after I purchase?
