If you decide to list your property with a traditional full-service agent, Realty NET will refer you to a REALTOR®. You must let us know prior to any contact or listing with the Broker. Once you contact them we will be unable to refer you. Upon their acceptance of our referral and the successful closing of your home with that Broker, you will receive a refund of the money you spent on the flat fee MLS listing service.
