The current outbreak of the Coronavirus has impacted the real estate industry significantly. Open Houses are now eliminated in an effort to limit personal contact. Buyers will want to walk through fewer homes and sellers will want fewer lookers in their homes. Now more than ever, professional photography and virtual tours are extremely important. All home sellers should consider 3-D Matterport Tours or a Video Walk-Through. The key is to get maximum exposure and views of the Virtual Tour and then just allow the most serious and best-qualified buyers in your home. Given the present climate, we have put together an upgraded listing service designed to fully implement the recommendations issued by the National Association of Realtors. |

Once they identify homes they want to see they typically contact their agent to schedule showings. We recommend the following changes to the traditional showing request protocol. |
