FSBO Support Teams & Resources
Most traditional real estate agents work with a team of preferred vendors they use on every real estate transaction to ensure their transaction goes smoothly. This team consists of loan officers, escrow officers, home inspectors, various contractors, insurance agents, and movers.
Over the years of offering "For Sale By Owner" services, we have found some vendors are better working directly with home-sellers than others. We have put together a team of vendors that have proven to provide the best services to our clients and consistently provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
The following FSBO Support Team has been assembled with top professionals that understand how to handle our limited representation listing transactions and are willing to assist you throughout the process since you don't have a traditional real estate agent representing you.
Mortgage Support Team
Most traditional mortgage companies are designed to service and support real estate agents. They are really not set up to or are motivated to work directly with home-sellers that are selling by owner. Our mortgage team member is ready and willing to help you directly. All you have to do is ask. More info

Escrow Support Team
Title and escrow is an essential part of the real estate process and responsible for documenting every aspect of the transaction. When you list your home with our Flat Fee MLS listing service it is imperative that you open escrow with a company that understands limited representation listings. Under the terms of our limited service agreement, we don't sign any of the escrow related paperwork and the escrow company must provide us with all necessary transaction documents to enable us to meet the Oregon Real Estate Agency requirements. You can be assured that our Escrow Team Member knows our process and is prepared to assist you with your limited representation transaction. More info

Home Inspectors
A home inspection is a thorough and systematic evaluation of the condition of a residential property. It is a complete physical exam of the general integrity, functionality, and overall safety of a home and its various components. The purpose of this process is to ensure that home buyers know exactly what is being purchased, prior to completing the transaction. More info
