Am I required to offer a buyer’s agent commission?
No. As of 2024, MLS rules have changed. You may choose to offer a BAC outside of the MLS, or not at all. It's 100% negotiable.
Can you help with paperwork?
Absolutely. Our Agent Assist and Full-Service packages include offer review, pricing advice, and sales agreement preparation.
