Starting at $499 upfront plus a $700 coaching fee at closing, it's ideal for sellers who want professional support without paying a traditional 5–6% listing commission. We are direct members of all four Oregon MLS systems (RMLS, WVMLS, COAR, and Oregon Coast MLS).
