Listing Content Standards

All property listings submitted through ByOwnerOregon.com must comply with fair housing advertising guidelines. This means listing descriptions, photos, and marketing materials must not:

  • Express a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on any protected class
  • Use language that could discourage or exclude protected groups from inquiring about a property
  • Include discriminatory screening criteria for potential buyers
  • Misrepresent the availability of a property to members of any protected class

We reserve the right to modify or remove any listing content that does not comply with fair housing requirements.
